This kitchen and dining area remodel involved updating the kitchen, enlarging the dining area and vaulting the ceiling to create a greater feel of openness.

Along with new recess lighting, a lightly stained wood was installed on the vaulted walls and ceiling, creating a natural glow and feeling of warmth.

Finishes in the kitchen include countertops of oil sealed Honduran Mahogany, hammered copper sink with oil rubbed bronze faucet, under cabinet LED lighting, new cabinet space for a built in refrigerator/freezer and cookbook shelves and a user friendly push out casement window with pull down screen at the kitchen sink for fresh air.

To complete this project, wood floors throughout the house were sanded and refinished.
